Followed by campfire & variety entertainment 6:00 PM onwards

Day III 15th July

1) Kindly confirm your programme before 25th June positively, so that we are able to make comfortable stay arrangements for you. (Entries after this date will only be subject to the availability of accommodation).

2) Kindly make sure that one escort with one participant comes. For extra members paid accommodation can be arranged. (Please inform in advance the numbers & participants).

3) Please bring one pair of warm clothing, for unpredictable weather conditions this year and hot water bottle (if required)

4) Get yourself medically examined from your doctor that you are fit to stay in the hilly areas. Although the medical facilities are available, yet be sure that you are fit to travel.

5) Bring all your medical reports (photocopy) & four PP size photographs for medical purposes etc.
