Despite being a patient of MD Bipan Kaushal has been working as a Faculty member at the Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh. Being on a wheel chair has not deterred Bipan from carrying on with his classes, as any other person in his place would have done. He has been a source of inspiration to many around him.
