Anjalee Agarwal & Sanjeev Sachdeva

This couple from Delhi has become a shining example for not just MDs, but for the entire fraternity of the physically handicapped. Sanjeev Sachdeva is currently an employee of Parliament House and has the distinction of receiving the National Award as the best employee in the category of Orthapaedically disabled by none other than the President of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Anjalee Agarwal on the other hand has been a garment designer and regularly holds exhibitions of her designer suits at various places. Anjalee has also been working with the problem of accessibility for the physically disabled at various public places and institutions. Her relentless efforts have resulted in Delhi's Metro rail project becoming the first disabled friendly mode of public transport in the country. Other than this access has also been made easier at Dilli Haat by way of Ramps being constructed for the disabled to move around in their wheelchairs
